Text-Em-All fits a US organization that sends high volume broadcasts to large groups on a pay as you go basis. Credits drop to 6c per message at 50,000 to 99,999 credits as of September 28, 2026, and credits never expire. New accounts get a local text number at no extra cost, and Text-Em-All covers the 10DLC registration fees. When to look elsewhere
Text-Em-All states it is not a HIPAA compliant platform, so a healthcare sender with PHI in messages needs another provider. Text-Em-All does not publish SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR or TCPA compliance figures as of September 28, 2026. The terms of service state no uptime figure, and the 99.9% uptime SLA applies only to the REST API offered to senders of 50,000+ messages a month. Nonprofits pay the same prices as everyone else.
