Rate captured September 9, 2026. On top of the platform rate, US 10DLC carrier pass-through fees apply: AT&T $0.0035, T-Mobile $0.0045, US Cellular $0.005, Verizon $0.0045 to 0.005 per message. The true all-in 10DLC cost typically runs 1.17 to 1.32 cents. Infobip also publishes separate 10DLC registration fees (brand registration $4.50 one-time, campaign validation $15, campaign monthly $1.50 to $10, brand vetting $41.50 to $101.50). Long code and toll-free number monthly rental fees are not published, and no platform minimum spend is disclosed.

Infobip features

Infobip’s developer tooling is extensive. It provides a full SMPP v3.4 specification, native SDKs for PHP, Java, Python, and C#, an MCP server, a Postman collection, and 40+ named integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, ServiceNow, Zapier, and more. The platform supports two-way SMS, MMS, campaign scheduling, message templates, and detailed reporting. One notable gap: Infobip does not offer an email-to-SMS gateway; email is a separate channel.

Infobip reliability and compliance

Infobip markets “SLA-backed 99.9% uptime” but the binding Service Terms disclaim availability entirely (“AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE”) and publish no uptime percentage, service credit, or contractual SLA. The uptime claim should not be treated as a commitment.

Routing is a strength: over 800 direct operator connections inside 9,700+ global connections, with direct Tier-1 connections to all major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular). This broad reach supports reliable delivery in the US.

Compliance tooling covers the key US frameworks. 10DLC registration is fully integrated via the web platform or API, with AI pre-submission checks; brand registration typically completes same day, campaign approval within 24 hours. Toll-free verification is mandatory and documented. Short codes (72767, 97270) follow CTIA-style STOP/HELP programs, with carrier set-up fees transparently listed. Infobip publishes a full 10DLC fee schedule, making it one of the most transparent providers in our checks.

ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 9001, and ISO 22301 certifications are current and downloadable. SOC 2 Type 2 is listed on the Certificates page but unlinked; the binding Information Security Terms commit only to SOC 2 Type I (or equivalent). HIPAA: a 2021 press release states SMS services achieved HIPAA attestation, but this claim does not appear on current Certificates or Healthcare pages.

The support handbook lists no phone number for support; the published US number (+1 877 786 8151) is the Jersey City office contact line. Documentation includes a full API reference, SMPP specification, integration guides, and a public support knowledge base at support.infobip.com. Hours are described as 24/7 year-round, but no response-time targets are published, and there is no indication that support is gated behind a paid plan.
