SimpleTexting does not sell per-message billing. Every plan is a monthly subscription that includes a set number of credits (1 credit = 1 SMS segment). Once you exceed your plan credits, each additional text costs the overage rate listed below. The cheapest overage, 2.0 cents, requires the $899/month, 50,000-credit plan. Beyond the plan fee, a local (10DLC) number adds $10 per month plus a one-time $4 carrier registration; a toll-free number carries no monthly fee. The effective monthly minimum, including a local number, is $39. Inbound SMS is free; inbound MMS costs 1 credit. Annual billing discounts upfront plans by about 20%, and unused credits roll over for one month. Carrier surcharges are pass-through and not marked up; fees on toll-free traffic range from roughly $0.0015 to $0.0060 per SMS depending on the carrier mix.

SimpleTexting features

You can send and receive two-way SMS and MMS, schedule campaigns, use message templates, and view delivery reports. A web dashboard manages contacts and campaigns, and 1,000+ integrations, including Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce, connect to your existing tools. Dedicated short codes, toll-free numbers, and 10DLC (local) numbers are all supported. The REST API is available but requires a paid account and a use-case compliance review; SimpleTexting does not offer SMPP binding, an email-to-SMS gateway, or published throughput limits.

SimpleTexting reliability and compliance

SimpleTexting advertises 99.95% uptime with real-time second-site replication. The binding Terms and Conditions, however, allow up to one full day of downtime per calendar month, which works out to roughly 96.7% availability. Service credits for downtime are capped at seven credits per month and must be claimed by email within seven days; the same Terms disclaim any warranty of uninterrupted service.

For compliance, the platform provides automatic TCPA compliance messaging (STOP/HELP) at no extra cost, a feature SimpleTexting markets as unique. A2P 10DLC registration costs $4 one-time plus $10 per month. Toll-free verification is free of charge and typically takes three to five business days.
